The internal organizational structure of the MONDRAGON cooperatives is basically similar to that found in cooperatives elsewhere in the world although there are some distinctive features.
Summary
The basic governing body of a member cooperative is the General Assembly of its members, which determines the composition of the other governing bodies (i.e., the Governing Council and Social Council). The configuration of all of MONDRAGON’s member cooperatives is similar.
