Education is the basis of the MONDRAGON Cooperative Experience. The “Escuela Profesional” was created in 1941, fifteen years before the formation of the first MONDRAGON firm. Today is MONDRAGON UNIVERSITY that includes four faculties: Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Business Studies, Faculty of Humanities and Education Sciences and Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences.
